Do not choose a report from the ZIP code alone. Florida ZIP codes and mailing cities can cross public-water-system boundaries.

- 2No bill? Use an official territory tool
Open the county or city utility map below. Rental and HOA residents can also ask the property manager for the serving water utility.
- 3Confirm before relying on results
Match the official utility name to the Florida Tap Report provider page. If the boundary is unclear, call the utility before treating the match as final.
A convenient wrong answer is worse than an extra verification step. One ZIP can contain multiple utilities, and a public report describes a system—not every pipe or faucet at an address.

Broward contains municipal utilities, county service areas and independent water districts. A Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach or Coral Springs mailing address does not prove which utility serves the property.

Use the utility name on the bill or ask the landlord, HOA or property manager. A service-area map can establish that a utility serves the location, but the utility should settle unclear boundary cases before its water report is applied to the property.
