OUC draws from the Lower Floridan Aquifer and serves Orlando plus parts of unincorporated Orange County. Its seven plants use ozone to address hydrogen sulfide taste and odor, followed by chlorine disinfection. OUC stopped adding fluoride in July 2025. Separate October 2024 and April 2025 UCMR5 monitoring found no detectable lithium or any of the 29 tested PFAS compounds. These results apply to OUC—not every address with an Orlando mailing address.
